Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce) and customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Replacements: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Exceptions

Sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods are non-refundable.

Damage due to misuse or improper handling is not covered.
